What do you like best about the leadership team?

Its good! However, the leadership team takes time to make the decision for any immediate challenges we go through. It would be great if this can be made more efficient.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The number of hours invested is more than what is actually expected from an employee. The work distribution is not balanced within the team members. It is also noticed that some of the team members are retained without even assigning any work and there are team members who are overloaded with work.
