That remote work is offered and team mates are good at what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have a day with no meetings and blocks of time during the week uninterrupted to get my projects completed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is good but the extra hours and continual evening and weekend work makes one's pay less due to all the extra hours.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet the team I would be working with and ask questions to see if it would be a good fit for me.
