The company was great for the first five years. Good leaders and good people. However, over time, leadership seems to confused about what it wants to achieve. Too many changes in management, structure, process, and philosophy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my experience and age, I should be getting double of what I am getting now. I don't think my skills have been recognized or valued. I have brought things up to management but they listen but don't seem to be able to do anything.
