tough to teach old dogs new tricks despite efforts of leadership; established long tenured middle management doesn't embrace change and encourage new ideas, leaving the ambitious and brighter minds to leave for greener more forward-thinking pastures

being a small organization crosstraining in necessary but generally non-existent leaving many single points of failure and gaps of knowledge

The level of support and feeling of family

there are certain individuals in management roles though technically adept are severely lacking in basic management skills
What did you like most about the interview process?
She talked to me like a friend. I was so nervous, and sure I was going to blow it, but the interviewer was laid back and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable.
