Get to know employees, rather than rush them out on the road. Assign new equipment to new employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Know the business, treated like I didn't. Good reviews from customers, not from company.
My insurance is expensive and awful. My compensation went DOWN after being at the same company for a decade and having nothing but stellar reviews. This company is like a Pixar villain of an evil corporation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Personalities. Seem to be good individuals. Hardly ale to inact.
