Fond offers a relocation package, which helped me immensely when moving to SF for the job.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to explore new ideas. A/B testing is a huge part of successful marketing, but some companies are too wary to do it. Fond lets me explore my options before committing to a single campaign and provides the flexibility any marketing professional needs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fond sticks to its company values by taking time every Friday to highlight employees who have accomplished incredible work that week. Not only does management do this, but the floor is turned over to peers to recognize each other as well.
