The best part of my compensation packet is my salary. We have great benefits, but they are too expensive to be able to take full advantage of them.

Not being capped out.. More room for growth.
Awful compensation. New hires with less experience will come in making more than you when you've been there for 5+ years. Managers find every excuse to not give you a raise, they state it's not in the budget.

Company doesn't value Educational background. They will place you in Customer Service with other co-workers that have minimal skill and professionalism.

They keep everyone in mediocre range; so if you go above and beyond all you get is a pat on the back

They dont want to pay for external training, they give minimalistic raises even if you work super hard which leads to 0 motivation to learn
