Christa Davies — Executive VP of Global Finance & CFO at Aon plc

Ms. Christa Davies has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Finance at Aon plc (also known as Aon Corporation) since March 14, 2008 and November 2007 respectively. Ms. Davies served as an Executive Vice President of Global Finance at Aon plc since November 2007 and its Principal Accounting Officer until March 20, 2009. She served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Corp. since January 2007 and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Platforms & Windows Client, Server and Tools and Online Services. She was also responsible for Platforms & Services Business Management Services Division (PSD) and was responsible for the financial planning and performance of the three business groups that comprise PSD. She served for more than 10 years at Microsoft, which she joined in 2002 and served a variety of strategy, business development and finance positions. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for Microsoft's Online Services Division and served as its General Manager of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for PSD. Ms. Davies joined Ninemsn, an Australian joint venture with Microsoft, in 1997 and oversaw a range of product teams. She led a series of business development and strategy teams to develop MSN's business strategy and economic model. She served for three years at McKinsey & Co., as a Business Analyst, managing multiple teams that provided business strategy consulting to a portfolio of international and multi-national companies. She worked Cable & Wireless and was instrumental in leading its offerings to customers in the U.K. She has been an Independent Director of Workday, Inc. since August 2012. Ms. Davies was elected president of the Fulbright Alumni association in Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Queensland. As a Fulbright Scholar, She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
