Mr. John Cullen serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aon Risk Solutions EMEA at Aon Hewitt LLC since October 7, 2015. Mr. Cullen served as Chief Financial Officer of Risk Solutions at Aon plc since 2014 until October 5, 2015, where he was responsible for the financial management and planning of Risk Solutions, together with all related M&A, working capital management and tax planning for his business. Mr. Cullen served as Global Chief Financial Officer of Aon Risk Services. Mr. Cullen served as Chief Financial Officer of Aon Risk Services UK Ltd. since 2008. Mr. Cullen served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aon UK Limited since 2008. He joined Aon in 1994 and was previously based in Hong Kong, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for Aon's operations in Asia (encompassing retail, reinsurance, consulting and warranty services) until 2002. In 2002 he returned to the UK and served as its Chief Operating Officer for Aon Limited's UK Retail business. Since 2007, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Aon Limited. He served as Chief Financial Officer of ARS since 2008. He joined PwC London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He was a specialist in Insurance and Banking services, during which time he was seconded to Hong Kong in 1993. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He earned Bachelor of Science in Economics with Honours from the University of Hull.
