Mr. James Lynn House, also known as Jim, has been Senior Region Vice President of Egypt, Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, Gulf of Mexico and International New Ventures of Apache Corporation from June 01, 2016. Mr. House served as a Senior Region Vice President for Houston Region at Apache Corporation since June 01, 2015 until June 01, 2016. He served as Vice President of UK Region at Apache Corporation from June 2006 to May 2015. He served as the Managing Director at Apache North Sea Limited from June 2006 to May 2015 and also served as its Vice President. He served as a Managing Director of Apache Poland since 1999. He served as Managing Director of the Joint Venture Khalda Petroleum Company since 2001. He moved to Cairo, Egypt, during 1996 when Apache established operations in Egypt and served as Managing Director of the joint venture Qarun Petroleum Company following other business development and engineering responsibilities. He served as a Director of Operations of Apache North Sea Limited since 2005. He joined Apache in 1991 as a Staff Petroleum Engineer, responsible for assets located in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico. Prior to Apache, he served as a Petroleum Engineer in West Texas, Houston and New Orleans, La at Amoco Production Company. He has served on the Council and Board of Oil & Gas UK, which is the leading representative organization for the UK offshore oil and gas industry. He chaired the UK Oil Spill Prevention and Response Advisory Group (OSPRAG) and is chairing the PILOT lead UK Production Efficiency Task Force. He completed Executive Development Program at Stanford University and is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. House holds a Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
