P. Anthony Lannie — Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Apache Corporation

Mr. P. Anthony Lannie has been an Executive Vice President of Apache Corporation since August 2009 and its General Counsel since March 2003 and also served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 09, 2014 to March 02, 2015. Mr. Lannie served as a Senior Vice President of Apache Corporation from May 2004 to August 2009 and served as its Vice President from March 2003 to May 2004. He served as President of Kinder Morgan Power Company, Houston, Texas, from 2000 to February 2003 and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Coral Energy, an affiliate of Shell Oil Company from 1999 to 2000 and for Tejas Gas Corporation from February 7, 1994 to 1999 and its Secretary since February 7, 1994. From October 1991 to January 1994, Mr. Lannie served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Baroid Corporation, an oil field services company. He worked for Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. Mr. Lannie served as Executive Vice President of Greyhound Lines Inc., a nationwide bus transportation company and certain affiliated companies from 1987 to 1991 and as its Executive Vice President, Mr. Lannie was responsible for corporate staff functions, including the legal department. He served as a Director of Greyhound Lines Inc. Mr. Lannie earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University.
