Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I accepted an offer i probably could have negotiated better on. Now that Im here, engineering needs to get the prosuct stable and scalable so I can grow/work on more interesting things than just fixing the product and cutting corners.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of excitement, drive, initiative, and ambition in US engineering team. Going to meetings is dry and we have to pull teeth to get shit done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Poor priority management. Too many different directions, lack of clarity. Need to improve Remote work culture/expectations.
