What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer transparency and work together collectively from different parts of the organization to ensure feedback and perspectives from all areas of the company are heard.
They are highly transparent and trusted. They listen and respond to feedback. They are very approachable.
I feel confident that I can reach out to any member of our leadership team and they would take time out of their day, and even go out of their way, to help me with any situation - Professional or personal.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
0 cost to employees, including dependent coverage for platinum tier health plans. The benefits package has something for everyone.
We have rich benefit offerings that effectively support the needs of both myself and my family.
I think the base pay is very fair, especially for a non-public company, where the equity isn't liquid yet.
Full company paid health benefits has been an absolute game changer for me and my family. This is the first company I've been at where the benefits are paid for and it is truly a blessing

We work as a team, which means, we are always supporting and ensuring every team member is appropriately supported. We succeed together.
Our team cultivates a supportive environment, consistently demonstrating thoughtfulness & mindfulness in pursuit of shared goals. We are dedicated to ensuring our objectives align seamlessly with business imperatives, thereby driving impactful changes for both our employees & the overall company.
Our team is led by a fantastic manager and is full of diverse backgrounds/experiences. Everyone is interested in driving positive change and believes in what we're doing.
I know without a doubt that any member of my team would drop whatever they are doing to help me brainstorm an issue, celebrate a victory, or even hop on a call with an angry client

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was straight forward.
I like that it pushed me to my absolute limit and tested me like nothing before. Made me confident we are hiring the right people for the job
There was a lot of emphasis on culture fit (in addition to actual skills) and they structured the panel and interviews to make sure I would get a good understanding of who i would work with
The team I met with. And the level of care and effort the recruiters put into the process. They personalized the experience, were transparent and aligned on expectations throughout, were timely and ultimately provided a great experience
My recruiters were top-notch. They really represent the conpany well!

What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility, job stabiliy, and amazing team members. Leadership often offers recognition.
The feeling of running towards a finish line with a group of like minded people who all have the same end goal in mind
The people I work with. Despite being remote, I have close working relationships and friendships with many coworkers, which allows us to be candid and help push each other.
Working among such a diverse group of people who genuinely care about both success and making a positive impact
Knowing that I am doing good work alongside good people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers hate the product but leaders with bruised egos are too proud/inexperienced to allow the product to evolve in a meaningful way. The team is far too comfortable with the status quo and it's harming long-term growth. Refocus investments to shift the business model to be more balanced.
