Open, transparent, innovative and creative. Makes a big difference that this conpany remains management and senior-employee owned.
I think they do their absolute best to be fair to employees and clients, they seek to be smart about growth and encourage innovation and a positive culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Incorporates a wide range of skills, backgrounds, geographic locations and we enjoy working with one another.
I thoroughly enjoy my fellow team members, and it's nice to know I am not alone in the "trenches". The bonds I've made at APCO will be for a lifetime, the people working here are truly remarkable.
I think people really care about each other and want to help everyone do their best work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect and communication would help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This conpany values its people and demonstrates that in many ways, daily.
Nothing about fiona and her daughter jess was positive
I think people genuinely care about each other and want to help others succeed. People are incredibly approachable at every level, from former elected officials to backend operations, people will make time to talk and help when they can. We compete against competitors, not each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Went to the heart of what the work would be about, decisions made quickly.
I was given an opportunity at my age 59
It was quick, but that's likely because they were ready to get this role moving.

What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging assignment workong with strong mitually respectul teams for clients who value us.
The people have amazing backgrounds and are super nice. The work we do is interesting and much more impactful than selling a product or service.
