Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance is expensive with limited access to healthcare providers, one's personal fitness regimen must fit with their guidelines to count towards other health points, and the risk of working within the facility causes issues, poor conveyors, poor ventilation of industrial smog
Promotions and salary adjustments are often overdue for above average employees.

Just knowing nothing can get made without our tools or parts or airplanes can't fly or turn. People can't go to space without what we make.
