More women and people of color. Period.

He's okay. A good business man, but arrogant and phony. Is a bit of a bully.

Word of mouth, almost always hiring internally, it depends a lot on who you know from the company.
How's the vacation policy at API Group?
Fine. Not great but not terrible. Straight PTO. Capped at about 160 hrs/year, anything over that by Dec 31st is forfeited.
How's the work life balance at API Group?
Difficult to achieve, a bit of an impossible goal. API Group and its subsidiaries talk a lot about work life balance but I have yet, in my 6 years with the company, to see it.
