What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very down to earth and willing to socialize with the employees. Check in a lot to see how I am acclimating into the company.
Leadership listens to employees and customers and internalizes the feedback.
Forward thinking leadership team focused on growing the company
The exec team interacts with individual contributors and makes an effort to know the employees and socialize at company events.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of reimbursements for education/fitness
High base, generous bonus incentive, comprehensive benefits at a very low cost to the employee.
Annual bonus opportunity and health insurance options
Pay and stocks are more reasonable.
Our health and dental insurance is very good and can cover the majority of any of the cost of care.

Great teachers and never judgemental when making mistakes.
We have a passion for our product and an impressive skillset behind it.

People are understanding and are not toxic

I had a clear picture of the next steps and the feedback was provided very quickly
