More training, job growth opportunities, better feedback loops
Allignment between Maersk marketing in regards to its company culture and its subsidiaries--like APM terminals. Maersk has touted a commitment to career progression, training, mentorship, diversity and inclusion and supporting women--this is all non-existent at APM Terminals beyond marketing babble.
