This company gets out of paying any kind of benefits to the majority of their faculty because they treat them as if they are independent contractors.
Everyone's paid based on Phoenix area market -- even when living in larger more expensive cities such as San Francisco or Seattle.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teachers need to stop doing things outside of their score of responsibility for free, so that we are all paid fairly for what we are required to do.
