flexibility being remote, and also the stock and salary very competitive.
Good balance of stock based and competitive cash

quick, deep, plenty of time to ask questions, challenging
Real problems, not hypothetical scenarios
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process is WAY too convoluted. It's too cumbersome for the recruiting and interview teams to give candidates the appropriate amount of attention and consideration. Plus, this creates a poor candidate experience and sets a negative impression as new hires are coming in.
