Before I was hired, I knew Appcast was about to fundamentally change our industry. Never did I think I'd be recruited to become part of this amazing company. I wouldn't trade working here for anything in the world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked in the industry for over a decade, and never have I had a senior leadership team care so much about their employees. They treat all of us like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no work cliques at Appcast, and everyone genuinely cares about each other. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is not. I am so fortunate to work with the brightest, most caring team in the industry
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very high base + very fair commission structure. Company pays 100% of benefits. Each year they provide 2 all-expense paid trips (1 domestic/1 international) so we can come together & work & learn. Unlimited PTO, work from home allowed, enormous free food/snack/beer area, free-lunch catered every Fri
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with so many different people during the process to make sure it was not just a good fit for them, but also for me. The things they told me in the interview were absolutely true about the company and our mission. It was a very transparent process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I first started at Appcast I was certain the other shoe would drop. It hasn't! It's still as much a dream job today as it was the day I started. As far as how clients are treated, I have worked in the space for a very long time at a couple competitors. Appcast actually cares about our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love going to work every day and working with such smart, hardworking people. We adapt and adjust to what the industry and our customers want. Our products were first to market too. It's so awesome to be able to say, "yes we can do that," and "we don't do that yet, but we will build that for you."
