What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open and approachable, trying to be good communicators with whole team
I like their openness and willingness to help.
always thinking several moves ahead and insodoing, liberate our own thinking!
They are open for new things, testing and give you a lot of freedom and trust
They are open to ideas and trust the team to do their best. They don't micromanage, they set expectations and trust everyone to do what is right.

Managers do not trust employees, they play political games. There is a lack of clear communication

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid day off policy
Tech allowance, sport allowance, fruits in the office every day, pizza days, free lunch in the office
It is good, considering my experience level
Besides salary, I'm not really aware of my compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be salary reviews that show that the company appreciates employess doing well. Ofcourse the model were you speak directly to the line manager is OK but there is something to be said when the company goes out of its way to try to better your compensation because of your hardwork.

High level of autonomy and seniority
Ambitious and really nice people, I really enjoy working with them.

Openness and trying to decide based on data not HIPPO
Multicultural - people form all over the world, Remote first, transparency

There is a can-do spirit and nobody is put down when they make mistakes. It is an atmosphere that encourages growth
