Providing creative freedom - defining needs and goals, but not pushing for a certain way to fulfil them; allowing us to define and realise our own strategy.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can do whatever I want, however I want in case of my actual work. No one forces me to do anything, I'm responsible for my own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being totaly opposite to corpo-culture: everyone has access to everything, everyone is helpful, everyone is responsible for something, there is no way to go into hiding and survive while doing nothing. It demands passion and dedication.
