They do not care about the people within the business. Consistently look external to employ and a huge lack of promoting from within. When any issues are raised with higher management, you are told ''Its part of the job". Even if you are working way over the Working Time Directive.

It is a good company but I wish the upper management would stop forgetting how their choices effect their teams.

Certain Regional Managers & Regional Operation Managers listen to concerns from lower down the food chain. However there is a tendancy from other more corporate positions to threaten with loss of job, should things not go according to plan.

I don't know them too well, but I like everyone I work with.

Please and thank yous go a long way, it's not always about bonuses. However Head of Operations changes bonus payments as she sees fit, which has a direct impact on morale.

The benefits programs are not good and are expensive.

At site level, everyone works for each other and tries to ensure that people are listened to. Direction from above can sometimes be confusing and muddied, due to a lack of clarity in what is actually expected.

I love my team, most of them are willing to do everything/anything to do a good job.

Head of Operations needs to have more humility and not be so disconnected from site staff. After all she has had lower positions in the past, she hasn't always been in her Ivory tower.
