What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop recording meetings and what people say without their knowledge. Grow up and get a work ethic instead of being jealous about how much a 30 year employee makes. You have to earn your way, it's not owed to you.

Managment has no plan to support requirements to keep customers happy. Always looking to save a penny.
