Our leadership here at Applied seems to be 10 steps ahead and the outlook for the company looks great.
Friendly and clear when it comes to management
Leadership is highly valued within the company. Not only effective leadership, but ethical, supportive, and inspirational leadership. All managers, supervisors, team leaders go through training on how to lead effectively.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop gaslighting employees. We are okay with bad news if they would be honest and direct. But we get non-answers regularly
listen to the people and understand their needs

Other organizations I’m very familiar with are paying 10 to 12 % mor
They used to give bonuses which made the compensation fair. they stopped those in 2021
An effort to listen to employees
My position compares to compensation is incomparable. Annual reviews will ended up with blames and excuses.

Everything everyone is a very hard worker

Use engineers as engineers and not just paper pushers.

The Recruiting team at Applied Medical was honest, fair, and truly had my best interest in mind.

DOnt make it about how you feel about them and if their personality fits in with the team. Make it about goals of the program and objective qualifications
