stop gaslighting employees. We are okay with bad news if they would be honest and direct. But we get non-answers regularly

Other organizations I’m very familiar with are paying 10 to 12 % mor
They used to give bonuses which made the compensation fair. they stopped those in 2021

My position compares to compensation is incomparable. Annual reviews will ended up with blames and excuses.

Think and not just tick of SOPs.
Stop using fear tactics to produce productivity!

Use engineers as engineers and not just paper pushers.
Honesty, less propaganda, listening to employees and all sides
Company mission statements. Leadership. and benefits for employee.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
DOnt make it about how you feel about them and if their personality fits in with the team. Make it about goals of the program and objective qualifications
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get most of the family out of management and show appreciation to skilled employees.
