What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New ceo. Current has no idea what he’s doing.
Leadership needs to ask for advisory board help.

CEO screams all the time. Gets too anxious.
The CEO is a micromanager who overspends investor money in personal things, as opposed to keeping the company afloat and paying to develop a product.
ceo yells at everyone. he should contain himself.
Receive much less than others, work same hours.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team lacks leadership. More input from board would be good but they are not involved with the company nor do they know anything the CEO is up to.
Input from the advisory board. They are great and should be used with the current complications of the comany.
Everyone should have a voice. Not just the CEO who is a control freak.
Better structure for meetings would be good.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture needs to completely change! Change starts from the top!
More delegation. Better leadership and input. Clear direction.
New Leadership, capital raise and the current CEO should focus on his strengths as a salesman.
New ceo, more involvement of the advisors and more power to them.

Really interview and give clear direction to what is needed.
