Mr. Kurt Shintaffer co-founded Apptio, Inc. and has been its Chief Financial Officer since March 2015. Mr. Shintaffer served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Apptio, Inc. from November 2013 to March 2015. He has a wealth of experience in financial and operations management. He served as Vice President for Finance of Pacific Edge Software, Inc. Since joining Pacific Edge in 1999, he has built a solid financial and administrative infrastructure and oversees the corporate finance, accounting and human resource functions. Mr. Shintaffer oversaw the corporate finance, legal, accounting, human resource and information technology functions at iConclude. He was instrumental in completing the successful sale of iConclude to Opsware in 2007. Prior to this, he led engagement teams in Ernst & Young LLP's assurance and advisory business services group, served a diverse group of clients in the retail, financial services and high technology sectors. He served as a Director of Apptio, Inc. from October 2007 to January 2013. Mr. Shintaffer holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
