Leadership team is shady and only knows how to run a startup, not a world class organization and is holding the industry back.
They all keep leaving, so they need to get better at staying.

They are unethical in the methods they use to pay their employees the least amount possible.

a "thank you" every now and then would be great. Then making the pay equitable to the region. Oh, and not moving all the jobs to North Carolina.
Found out other employees with same, or less experience got way higher salary and bonuses. Dishonest Management

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace the leadership team, period.
We are shorthanded at the moment and need to hire ASAP. We could greatly benefit from an internal traing program for new hires.

Quick turnaround; all interview questions are relevant and instructions are clear; interviewers are all friendly
