What is the best part about your compensation package?

stock options offered with bonus

They took my offer into consideration and worked a good deal that satisfied both parties. I am extremely content with my compensation package.

The company has a West coast mentality in that our benefits are paid for by the company and there are stock options and other perks that make for a more enjoyable workplace.
