What do you like best about the leadership team?
They ask a lot of questions and they want to know your thoughts.
Expectations are discussed and you know where you stand
Great feedback and the opportunity to really grow with the company
Lots of communication, from individual guidance and direction to town halls and open forums.
They have an open-door policy that lets you suggest changes and actually listens to you. It's a growing company and it's exciting to work with leadership that is able to pivot and quickly adopt new processes that enhance a project.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They explain everything about the salary, benefits, PTO, etc. Insurance starts day one.
Nice offices, great area, free parking, you feel very safe. Insurance is super and there are so many opportunities to be mentored

So smart, hardworking and helpful.
Great feedback and everyone works well together
Had working and fun. Just about everyone gets along, and we eat lunch together, and enjoy spending time at work

Everyone is very smart and knowledgeable in their field of expertise, and there's a good blend of new people and people that have been here for years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, co-workers are friendly and helpful.
People can have personality here, not some rigid, old school software company. Innovation thrives.
Birthdays and achievements are celebrated and there are birthday lunches and employee appreciation days
People can feel that you can ask questions, and they get back to you
Everyone is seen and can be themselves. Birthdays and holidays are celebrated, as well as weddings and baby showers. It's very family friendly.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast, telephone screen, next step in-person interview, then another in-person with team
a step-by-step process, it is managed by HR and they do an outstanding job.
It went pretty fast, about three weeks, and then I got an offer and the onboarding was great.
The updates and emails were very helpful. So many companies ghost you during the interview process.
All the follow-up and directions about where to park, access to the building and checking back with me to make sure I knew when I would be contacted.

Working on new projects, advancing our software.
I know I make a difference, and my leadership team believes in me and supports me.
Being around co-workers that are kind and happy and here to do a good job.
Working with my friends and feeling like I'm making a diference.
That I get to work with cutting edge technology and that our company is growing and hitting our numbers.
