The leadership constantly strives to spark motivation within the team through meetings and company events. Their drive is obvious and contagious.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They took my offer into consideration and worked a good deal that satisfied both parties. I am extremely content with my compensation package.

We are all learning. This is the best part. Growth and simply becoming all-stars are the mottos here. When the team does well, the company thrives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pizza parties, costume contests, donuts in the morning, fruit, coffee, beautiful views, friends and professionals at work – life at Apptricity takes the employee's happiness into account.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are on our way to something bigger, much bigger. Without that vision, it would be hard to stay excited. But this difficulty fades when we all come ready to take on the next step to our individual and overall company growth as professionals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to ask questions as the interviewee was nice. I was ready to join but wanted to make sure that I could bring my skills with the tools that I needed. They made sure to give me access to the assets that help my workflow thrive.
