Open office environment provides for a lot of distractions. It's also starting to enable a "must be at your desk or you're not working and I can see if you're not" culture

Lack of inspiration, some leadership is not motivational at all, very bland

Friday all hands are a great way for management to keep everyone in the office until at least 5pm on Fridays. Even later for the midwest and east coast employees.

More consideration for flexibility for employees over 30 who don't want to feel forced to stay at the office until 7pm on Friday drinking with 20 year olds
