What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Easily accessible CEO, No micro managing and keeping your time. They do not care when you come and go as long as you are meeting your deadlines.
What are some of the best things about your team?The adaptability of my direct co-workers, understanding and the no-micro managing PM will let you work with freedom and a piece of mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The yearly raises and bonuses are very bad, the company only cares about the billing for that project. They know that you are performing but they dont want you push you up because, they cant refill your position. So you keep losing opportunities of growth because company can make more money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Transparency. Some of the Area Managers are okay, but the others straight up lie and think they are smart. However, the employees see through them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?New leadership with honesty and direction.
