- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The yearly raises and bonuses are very bad, the company only cares about the billing for that project. They know that you are performing but they dont want you push you up because, they cant refill your position. So you keep losing opportunities of growth because company can make more money.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Transparency. Some of the Area Managers are okay, but the others straight up lie and think they are smart. However, the employees see through them.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?New leadership with honesty and direction.
