They are involved but trust you enough to get it done with little interference once youve priven yourself.

Shorten the process so we sont miss out on good candidates to compaanies that are faster to hire.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan. Though they dont offer the same plan today they contribute more to 401k for those that are new to company.
