Talented focused strategic getting more diverse
There focused on each task,,, and explain the work orders thoroughly.
They are involved but trust you enough to get it done with little interference once youve priven yourself.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing performance evaluations (none were done for me in 3 years), communication, respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan. Though they dont offer the same plan today they contribute more to 401k for those that are new to company.
401K contribution, flexibility, pension program

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid enough to provide a living for my family would be beneficial. We are below other companies in the area.

Collaborative, hardworking, team oriented, friendly competition

There are threats, disrespect, gossip, and anger towards management everyday.

More diversity, better discipline for employee who are outrageously breaking rules such as threatening others and not being punished for it.
