Support, Training. Work Culture and Environment
Open and energetic environment, we have open gate policy, also, it's a great place to work where everyone's ideas are considered and appreciated.
Taking Initiative. Always coming up with new ideas. Eager to learn new things.
Good Leadership, We can learn a lot here. Also we have mentors assigned to various junior recruiters, who help them a lot.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The top management should give everyone more autonomy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture, Environment, Practices, Leader Ship
everyone is open to feedbacks and apart from the predefined KPI, everything else comes to you only if you plan to opt-in for it. no pressure! also, a lot of time and money get invested in training programs for employees to help them grow not only professionally but on a personal level as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The Team was very cooperative and also considered taking my interview on Weekend when I told them I am not available on the weekday.
Managers find out our strength and gives us a direction
It was so casual, and had a long and detailed discussion about my experiences and skills.
