Mr. Faraj Aalaei has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Aquantia Corporation since March 2, 2009 and has been its Chairman since October 2016. Mr. Aalaei Co-Founded Centillium Communications, Inc. in January 2002 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Aalaei served as the Centillium's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, from its inception in February 1997 until January 2000, when he was named the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Aalaei serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Global Catalyst Partners, LP. He has been Director of Aquantia Corporation since January 2009. He has been a Director of TranSwitch Corp. since October 24, 2010. He served as a Director of Access Products at Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. from October 1993 to February 1997. Mr. Aalaei received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
