Linda C. Reddick — Senior Vice President of Finance at Aquantia

Ms. Linda C. Reddick has been Senior Vice President of Finance at Aquantia Corp. since September 2009 and previously served as its Chief Financial Officer since September 2009. Ms. Reddick served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Centillium Communications Inc. since July 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Reddick served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Centillium Communications Inc., from February 2007 to July 2007 and its Corporate Controller from September 2005 to July 2007. She has over 25 years of financial management and corporate planning experience with public technology companies in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Centillium in 2005, she was in various financial positions at Oclaro (North America), Inc., including as its Chief Financial Officer since November 21, 2003 and Vice President since April 20, 2005. She joined Oclaro (North America), Inc. in February 2003 and served as its Corporate Controller since April 20, 2005. She served as Vice President and Controller of Oplink Communications Inc. Ms. Reddick served as Corporate Controller of Symmetricom Inc. of San Jose, Calif and as Accounting Manager of Vlsi Technology Inc. of San Jose. She began her professional career with Mohler & Accountancy Corporation and later served as a Manager of Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Reddick is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting.
