Mark Voll — CFO & Principal Accounting Officer at Aquantia

Mr. Mark Voll has been Chief Financial Officer of Aquantia Corp. since January 11, 2016 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Voll has extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, tax analysis and risk management along with a deep experience in scaling companies to address multibillion-dollar market opportunities. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting holding the chief financial officer position in a number of public and private high technology companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Montage Technology Group Limited (formerly, Montage Technology) since June 2012 until January 7, 2016 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 7, 2016. Mr. Voll served as Vice President - Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Techwell LLC since November 2005 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Invensense, Inc. from June 2010 to January 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Secretary of Techwell, Inc. He served as Monolithic System Technology Inc.'s Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer from June 2002 to November 2005. He served as Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer of Monolithic System Technology Inc., from December 2004 to November 2005. Mr. Voll served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Monolithic System Technology Inc. from December 30, 2004 to July 2005.
