Mr. Pirooz Parvarandeh has been Chief Operating Officer of Aquantia Corp. since January 16, 2018. Mr. Parvarandeh served as Chief Technology Officer of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. since September 2011 and served as its Group President. He served as Chief Technical Officer of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. since September 2010. Mr. Parvarandeh champions efforts to stimulate technical innovation throughout Maxim. He manages the Technology Development and Infrastructure Group at maxim, which comprises Process Technology R&D, Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Modeling and ESD. He served as Group President and Vice President at Maxim Integrated Products Inc. since May 2005. He has years of executive management experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries. He served as Group President of High Performance Analog Division of Maxim Integrated Products Inc., since 2005. Mr. Parvarandeh joined Maxim Integrated Products Inc. in 1987 and served as its Vice President from July 1997 to 2004. Prior to July 1997, he served in a number of integrated circuit development positions at Maxim. He served as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff in Integrated Circuit Design at Maxim. He served as a Director of Invensense, Inc. since August 2009. Over the years He has been an industry leader in developing new technologies. He holds two patents in the U.S. and has four other patents pending. Mr. Parvarandeh holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from the California Institute of Technology.
