ArbiterSports Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

5% 401(k) immediately vested match. But many aspects are great. It is hard to choose.

Everything within the package is pretty outstanding

The HSA account availability is great!

Review from Engineering Dept

The more success I have, the more monetary value I can bring home.

Review from Sales Dept

the insurance with dental and vision

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everything. Can't ask for more.

Review from Sales Dept

PTO and 401k even for part time workers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

401K match and HSA contributions from the company.

Review from Sales Dept

The HSA is great. Insurance is par for most, but i think the best part is how they do the HSA.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The HSA contribution amount and PTO

Managements is transparent about the health of the company and improves how employees are compensated when the health is good.

Unlimited time off. Even though I don't take much vacation it is nice knowing I don't need to worry about counting every vacation day, or save sick days in case I need them.

Great 401k package and great HSA.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't have to really worry about it.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe it is an all around great package

Unlimited vacation time, 401k Match

I appreciate the matching that the company provides for our 401k. It helps me see that they are invested not only in me now, but in my future.

Review from Sales Dept

I am really appreciative of the 401k plan

Review from Sales Dept

Health care is pretty good.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Insurance coverage and 401k match. Would like to see the 401k match do more for those making under 60k.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I have been one of the top seller's this whole quarter and would like to be paid equally compared to what other AE's are being paid for their base

Review from Sales Dept

Visibility into market averages for my position and role.

WIth How hectic this last year has been and how much work not only myself and others have had to step up to the plate from lack of preparation by company leaders. staying long nights for months on end, no I don't believe were compensated enough for it. Some of us are struggling to live outside.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel like myself, as well as the rest of my department, are always asked to go above and beyond what is in our job description, and we do it time after time without receiving any compensation for it. I figured all that effort would reflect on our merit increases, but was sorely disappointed there.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It feels like accounting is always trying to find ways to not pay commission

Review from Sales Dept

Hard work incentives throughout the year.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My responsibilities are unclear and I feel that I am doing 3-4 peoples job. I am working way longer than I should be (9-13 hour days).

Review from Product Dept

Have worked at FID for almost three years without an increase in pay.

Higher pay that matches competitive salaries in the area

Review from Sales Dept

Base pay is 25% below standard market rates. No stock options which is standard at most other software companies. Bonus is half what most other companies offer. I've had multiple candidates I've referred for various positions mention it. So have current employees. So I know I'm not alone.

Review from Product Dept

The amount of responsibility given in the past 2 months have caused a large amount of stress. I’d be a lot happier and feel like I’

Review from Product Dept

I've been here long enough to see people perform poorly and still make more money than me!

Review from Engineering Dept

A higher base that is competitive with rest of Saas software in the valley.

Review from Sales Dept

If I could see the analysis done specifically for my position and experience at our company size I would feel better about my compensation. I've been told that I'm paid fairly, but I just have to take that on faith.

Review from Product Dept

I don't feel heard when we bring up concerns about an issue.

Review from Customer Support Dept

If my pay was more inline with my education and position, compared to what others in the same position make locally.

Review from Engineering Dept

Market Evaluation for all positions and experience and school completed

Review from Engineering Dept

I am paid 20-30% below market rates for my experience, role, and skillset. Also, we are one of the only companies our size in the area who don't offer stock options to employees. This makes it hard to want to stick around long term to help the company grow.

Review from Product Dept

I feel our work load has risen severely in the last few months,I also understand this changes by the season. a raise would make me personally feel better about my compensation

Review from Customer Support Dept

being paid minimal and not underpaid
