I used to be excited to sell our product, I am starting to not be as confident in the product due to the increase in bugs and the smaller support team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Every day I know we will have to stay late to work, no matter what the issue is I don't feel as though we have a good work/life balance and I believe this is because of how unprepared we have been. I hope we don't take on more projects or responsibilities we cannot handle.
