Mr. Gene Kilgore has been an Executive Vice President of Structured Securitization at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC since July 14, 2016. Mr. Kilgore served as an Executive Vice President of Structured Securitization at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. since October 2004. Mr. Kilgore was responsible for overseeing the development, marketing and implementation of Arbor Realty Trust's collateralized debt obligation (CDO) initiatives and also responsible for reporting directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kilgore joined Arbor in October 2004. He has a unique and strategic expertise and has wealth of professional experience from his work in the structured finance and real estate industries. Prior to Arbor, Mr. Kilgore served as a Portfolio Manager for ZAIS. He served Wachovia Bank as a Vice President of Corporate Lending and Commercial Real Estate. From September 1996 to September 2000, Mr. Kilgore served at Standard & Poors Ratings Service, where he was a director in the collateralized debt obligations (CDO) group. From September 2000 to August 2001, he was a Director of Risk Finance at Barclays Capital. Mr. Kilgore received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University. He holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
