Turnover is high due to area near a main military post but generally good people being hired. Job is fast paced and sometimes chaotic but it's definitely worth the self satsfaction

Teamwork willingness. We love the people we care for and it drives us.

Better pay would be nice, lower deductible Insurance and better life insurance options

It had multiple management in same meeting so less interviews to follow up on.
