Open door policy exists. They are always Trying to improve.

Everything is really cool and good

Better pay would be nice, lower deductible Insurance and better life insurance options

Friendly always a delight to be around
Great communication and mutual and equal respect for everyone and their role in the office.
Teamwork willingness. We love the people we care for and it drives us.

We need to share work equally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our customer loyalty and being able to go above and beyond their expectations.

It had multiple management in same meeting so less interviews to follow up on.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having a productive day and completing all projects that are due that day and sometimes getting a good headstart for the next day.
The people we care for are so greatful for staff.
