No benefits, can not participate in drawings, pay rates vary some pay rates start at 7.00/hr

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers need to improve on: if you are a runner make certain you get customers money before requesting it to be put on the machine. If another coworker is busy at the time try to see what they need help with real quick so no issues arise.

What makes you most happy at work?
I get along well with my coworkers and the manager. When able to work a good amount of hours per week I am always very pleased with my pay received.
