How's the work life balance at Arcadia Power?
pretty good for a startup. engineering allows remote work when needed (advance notice) and some flexibility in what hours you work. there is always work to do, but we are not expected to work long hours.

I would wear business casual, but we don't think anything of people showing up in casual attire (and it wouldn't be uncommon for some of your interviewers to be wearing t-shirts).
