What did you like most about the interview process?
As a member of leadership, I got a chance to hear directly from the CEO and his direct reports (the exec team). Their transparency, people-first mindset, intelligence, and motivation was inspiring.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with
My team! They are always positive and are happy to help me grow. My manager is also great at telling me how to improve.
